our guests to treat the property with respect, and accidental damage is rare.
However, accidents can happen. If you accidentally damage or stain anything
in your room, such as linens, towels, furnishings, fixtures or equipment,
please notify the front desk or housekeeping promptly so we can assess the
situation.
For minor incidents such as a broken glass or a
small spill, these are generally absorbed as normal wear and tear and you are
unlikely to be charged. Significant damage beyond normal use, such as damaged
furniture, broken fixtures, severely stained linens or carpets, or missing
items, may result in fair repair or replacement charges applied to the card
on file.
Any charges will reflect the actual cost of repair
or replacement rather than punitive fees, and you will receive an itemised
explanation before processing. Each room is equipped with a safe for
valuables. If you notice any existing damage when you first enter your room,
please report it immediately so it can be documented and any misunderstanding
at checkout avoided. Our housekeeping team maintains high standards and rooms
are thoroughly inspected between guests.
