The Soul Istanbul is a
completely non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas,
including guest rooms, suites, hallways, the lobby, the breakfast area and
all other enclosed spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including
cigarettes, cigars, pipes and electronic cigarettes or vaping devices, and is
in line with Turkey’s smoking regulations for hospitality
venues.
Keeping our restored historical building smoke-free
helps preserve the fresh, clean atmosphere that defines the hotel and
protects the comfort and health of all our guests and
staff.
Guests who wish to smoke may do so in designated
outdoor areas, including the open-air Soul Garden where appropriate, and our
staff can direct you to the right spot. Please note that smoking inside guest
rooms or other indoor areas may result in additional deep-cleaning charges,
since specialised odour-removal treatment would be required. We appreciate
your cooperation in keeping the hotel pleasant for everyone.
