At check-in to The Soul
Istanbul, guests are required to present a valid photo identification
document and a credit card, which is standard procedure for hotels in Turkey
and internationally. Acceptable photo ID includes a valid passport for international
travellers or a national identity card for Turkish citizens and EU residents.
The document must be current and match the name on the
reservation.
The credit card presented at check-in verifies
your identity, can guarantee incidental charges during your stay (such as
bar, laundry or other services), and may be used for final payment if your
accommodation has not been prepaid. We accept major credit cards including
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If your room is already paid, the card
is typically held only for incidentals.
Guests under 18 may
only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, whose ID and
credit card will be required. If someone other than the named guest is
checking in, prior authorisation and documentation may be needed. We
recommend contacting the hotel in advance for any special circumstances, and
our front desk will also confirm any transfer arrangements or special
requests during check-in.
